Better understanding the consequences of working for passion

01 July 2020

This study focusses on better understanding the consequences of working for a job you are passionate about or/and you feel you were meant to do. We are focusing on better understanding the potential difficulties teachers in the UK may have experienced over the last term and how the pandemic and its repercussions have led in some cases to amplify teacher’s grit and resilience and/or change the relationship existing between teachers and the schools/organisation they are working for.
